Halcyon Response is led by Dr. Daniel Friedman, a board-certified Emergency Physician with fellowship training in EMS, disaster response, tactical medicine, and extensive experience as a paramedic and EMS educator. His career spans frontline emergency care, disaster coordination, medical education, and tactical medical operations—bringing physician-led expertise to high-stakes environments.

He is joined by Sergeant Christopher Pastor with state law enforcement, a SWAT certified and experienced K9 officer and trainer, and a leader in high-risk operations, tactical response, and advanced canine deployment.
